JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Scope:
- Overall lead in charge of Incubation Program
- Identify and support Incubatees in their needs for them to progress
- Build and maintain links with talent pool for venture opportunities
- Manage mentor pool and assignments
- Source and build mentor pool
Requirements:
- Recognized University degree in relevant disciplines (Business Admin/Engineering/BTech)
- Minimum 2 years’ in experience in project management and/or business and/or technology ventures industry or related fields
- Knowledgeable in people and process skills as well and handling external and internal relationship skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
